October’s Beaux Arts Ball was held in the Society Hall Ballroom in Bangor, a circa 1892 space they consider “Bangor’s best-kept secret.” The Robinson Ballet Company is no secret, however. It has been bringing sublime enjoyment to audiences for 30 years. Besides its cherished annual performances of The Nutcracker, the company offers a variety of dance lessons for both children and adults, summer camp programs, and more.
The ball featured photos from RBC’s 30-year history, as well as decadent desserts from Montes Catering, cash bar by the Muddy Rudder, and groovin’ tunes by Brian Catell and the Jump City Jazz Band, plus a soaring ballet performance. The event raised over $1,500 for the company’s educational efforts.
